WH-510 headphones suddenly stopped working??

i only bought these headphones in late april and they stopped working?

the headphones wont turn on. when trying to charge the charging light doesnt show.

googling only suggests cleaning the charging port which i did - it still doesnt work.

i have looked after these headphones, never throwing them around or anything, carefully placing on my cupboard or desk. so why arent they working i dont know.

any suggestions please??

Hey @rockstarjazz82, could you double check the model number of your headphones as WH-510 seems to be incorrect, are you referring to the WH-1000XM5? If yes, try different charging method such as the wireless charging pad or the USB charging cable and make sure that the cable is working by testing it with other device.
