    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I bought in-ear earphone MDR-EX1000 online from &lt;A href="https://shop.sonycentres.co.uk/selector/viewshop.action?interrupt=true&amp;amp;locale=en_GB&amp;amp;wep_siteId=crm" id="shopNameLink" rel="iframe"&gt;Coventry Sony Centre&lt;/A&gt; on 06 Apr.&amp;nbsp; But order status remains &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;'Reservation Acknowledged' today (19 Apr).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I contacted conventry sony staff consulting the delivery case last week,&amp;nbsp; but was told that staff from sony headquarter would call me and provide me the information regarding the delivery. However, no call so far.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I really dont know what to do because I am moving home recently and it would be a trouble if I cant get the earphone by the end of this month. Could someone help me about this case? Thanks by the way.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
