Cyber-Shot DSC H400

I've got a brand new cybershot dsc-h400. First bought it and battery was exhausted, with the plug supplied have tried to charge it up but no charging lights coming on.

Tried different sockets, cleaning the battery, using a laptop, but no charging light and camera wont turn on.

The plug doesnt seem to fit together to well, the USB port doesnt go all the way in and the camera connection seems loose.

Any advice before I try and take it into the shop! Thanks

Sorry to hear this. The best advice we could give is that you should return this model to the retailer, detailing the various issues, and ask for a return or exchange.
