STILL WAITING FOR CASHBACK A MONTH AFTER BEING TOLD IT WOULD BE WITH ME IN 5 DAYS !

I am still waiting for the second half of my cashback ie £75 to be transferred into my designated account !

I had to complain only half was sent in the first place

it is now much more than a month after my first 1/2 payment arrived and still no sign despite you saying it would be in my bank after 5 days

Please action this ASAP or I will be forced to send the complaint to my solicitor along with BBC watchdog and MSE as another case where cashback claims are not worth all the effort and agro even you think you are dealing with a reputable company

my confidence in SONY who I have supported all my life with product after product has completely evaporated with your poor after sales service
