Sony DSC_RXO overheating issue

Got new RXO and when trying it for streaming it overheated in about 20 min. It just had HDMI connected to Teradek streaming device, vidoe was off. The seller says it's faulty and asked me to send it to service when I tried to return it. Anyone else having overheating issues with RX0. It's just like another Sonys like my A6300, shutting down in 20-25 min when video is on but not when streaming only.

Ahhh ok, I don't know the trading laws and customer rights in Finland,

(If you are in Finland), you would have to check them but the retailer refusing to exchange / refund after

only a week doesn't sound right

Give Finnish Support a ring to double check on:

Problem is that I bought it to my company so 14 days return policy doesn't work in this case. Should I bought it as private customer then I could return it no question asked.

It seems you have no option but to give the trader

the chance to have it examined and then repaired if possible.
