Can my PC100E communicate with Windows 10 via Firewire? I seem to unable to connect with legacy driver.

Giving it a shot is all you can do at the moment, but I don't think the compatibility between such an old cam and Windows 10 is all that reliable. I'm not surprised it doesn't work at this stage.

I found an old version Roxio that sees the camera and captures video.

it would be great if you could tell us about which software and version you are talking exactly. Additionally I'd like to know which Firewire driver you are using. Well, I know about the old legacy driver but my new PC, built from scratch, has got a clean Win 10 system and there's no Firewire driver at all. Are you maybe using the Microsoft driver which is still available for Win 8.1? I heard that that one can (!) be working in Win 10 as well.
