The battery life is usually terrible and they can also get very hot - they can only effectively be used as 'desktop replacements' with limited mobile use.<BR /><BR />I bought a GRT series computer with a 2.8GHz desktop processor - it has about 45 minute battery life and has probably only been used for a total of 48 hours because the fan noise &amp; heat is unbearable when I have it resting on my legs. Noisy Fan, the temperature increased terrible fast, and so on. But I think the battery lifetime of my FR series is pretty good for a 2,66GHz P4 + WLAN.
