problem in booting my sony vaio laptop

hey guys !
i have a problem in booting by computer laptop in booting i have some problem in my current running operating system and wanna re-install a windows .

while i am pressing the assist button it is not loading the vaio care page it is just start my computer with a dark screen and shows loading.
i need helpe plz how can i get my boot option

i have simillar problem, just restart PC until is working, sometimes u started up and PC shutdown right away so wait few minutes to cool down... i was having that problem with win7 for some time until my hdd died. right now m with new HDD even got win10 update, so far no problems from 1 week. I sugest if u menage to start it work, make recovery usb memory stick, backups, try to reinstall the PC and see how its behaving.

i think its the problem with the display or VGA power or something... some people are suggesting to conect vga pc cable to a monitor hit FN + F something and see if u can see the display on the PC monitor...
