Vaio Pro 13 Windows 10 Fan Always On

Hello,

I have a Vaio Pro 13 SVP 132A1CW. Ever since I installed the latest version of Windows Pro on May 1 (Windows 10 pro version 1803) the computer's fan is constantly operating. As I write this the cpy is at 22% (memory 87%) and the fan is running and emitting a very annoying noise. Before this update the fan was loud, however it was no operating constantly. I know this was issue for this version but before this update it seemed my fan would only turn on when my computer was under a lot of pressure. Now it just always on and has become a real nuissance. I looked this up and tried a few supposed fixes I found but nothing has worked. Woulb very grateful for any help.
