Vaio pc/tv all in one computer not launching PC

So ever since the last update I’ve been having trouble turning my computer on. The green lights come on, so there is power and you can hear the computer come on. But the VAIO logo doesn’t come up and nothing happens. Screen just goes from saying PC in corner to black. There is a red light under the cross logo.

The tv works fine though, so unsure of why this is happening.

Can anyone here suggest anything

Hello @joannebeard,

if you have any USB-device connected, try unplugging it to see if that resolves the issue.

Yeah there is nothing attached to it apart from the power cable and it’s still not coming on. Thanks for the help though
