    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Jumpsuit ,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you for wellcoming me. My Sony laptop model no SVE1512B1EW was upgraded from Windows 8 to Windows 10 two years ago .I recently reinstalled Windows 10 as it was giving me few problems. Since reinstalling Windows 10 Vaio cares Assist button as not functioning at all.&amp;nbsp; I am sure it was official Windows 10 upgrade from the Microsoft website otherwise I would not have installed the upgrade as I am an old age Pensioner with limited knowlege of computers.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Which laptop do you have?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The title of your post says upgrading, but you then say 'reinstalling'.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Can I just check if you had Windows 10 running on it previously?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Also was it an official Sony Windows 10 upgrade or a general windows 10 version&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;you have been using / trying to install.&lt;/P&gt;
