Autoplay doesn't work with memory stick

The autoplay used to bring up a menu of options (for example, the camera/scanner wizard to move pictures, etc) to take different types of media off the memory stick. This does not work anymore. I have been unable to find a solution to this. Any ideas?

Right click the memory stick icon in My Computer
Left click properties
Click the Autoplay tab
Setup the optons on the displayed page,

Thanks Rob, tried that and nothing wrong with options, tried changing, nothing, going back to default nothing. Any other ideas?

If you know when the problem started then perhaps windows restore might help.

Rob, I tried to restore as you suggested, some of the dates on the restore calendar did not work and those that did did not solve the problem of autoplay not working with the memory stick. Any further ideas apart from full recovery?

Sorry - I'm out of ideas. I don't think I would do a system recovery for this though. I would probably learn to live with it.

Hang on a while & see if anybody else has any ideas
