Help needed with Bravia NX813 set-up using a Blu-Ray source

I have a Sony KDL-55NX813 and a Sony Blu-Ray BDV-E670, connected via HDMI.

How Can I adjust the screen settings (Brightness, contrast etc) on the TV with a Blu-Ray disc playing?

I cannot seem to access the TV screen setting menu without loosing the Blu-Ray. I’m trying to set up the TV using a THX optimizer on a Disc.

I would use some settings on BDV-E670 connected to Bravia... check instruction manual

Thank you for trying to help but there does not appear to be anyway to adjust the brightness, contrasts etc settings though the BDV-E670W screen settings. Surely there must be a way to adjust the settings whilst viewing a THX set up on a Blu-Ray disk.

Have you tried pressing 'sync menu' when its playing - this gives you access to TV menu functionality I think?

The Sync option has done it but having problems getting back to the player. The THX option screen seems frozen. Looking to get this fixed before trying to sort out the lip sync problem
