ok so I got this tv over a year ago now and never really used this port on the tv was wondering what it was for exactly it says pc card at that back of the panel slot when i pull the plastic bit out what is this PC CAM card thing? what can I buy to get it to work?

Its a CAM slot (Conditional Access Module) so you could add a Top Up TV card to the TV if you wanted..

I would not advise buying a CAM card for TopupTv (ESPN). I have had a CAM card for a number of years and it worked fine until Oct this year when it stopped working due to a problem with the uploads allowing viewing. TopupTv claim no responsibility for this and say it is down to Sony to resolve. I have asked Sony for their comments on this issue.
