I have the same tv. Since you bought it, have you altered the picture settings, for example:- contrast, brightness, colour etc? If not, if you go into the picture settings menu, try reducing the 'led backlight' setting. They are often turned WAAAAY up to help the picture 'POP-out' at you in the shop.&nbsp; Just a suggestion, but it sounds like the white glow that you are seeing could be that led back light.
