Hi i have just bought this new TV model KDL40EX403 from Currys and I must have made a mistake when setting up as I now have a demo loop apperaring on my screen every minute. I can get rid of it for 60 seconds and then it reappears. I tried getting help from Currys but they don't know the answer and Sony helpline only operates from 8.00am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday.Can anyone help Thanks sportfan

Hi sportfan

Currys are useless.

You need to navigate to the settings and in there somewhere there is a shop demo mode which you can turn off. I've seen this when I got my EX403 but never tried it.

Try doing the auto set-up again and make sure you don't select "Shop Mode" it should correct the problem..
