Last night I attempted to watch Merlin on the BBC IPlayer through my KDL40ex713

First I used the high quality mode this took an age to load eventually I had a picture but it kept pausing to load more so I stopped the feed and restarted using the low Quality option

Same issue making the show un-watchable

Turned on the Blue-ray player BD-PS 370 loaded Merlin high quality mode no problem with the playback

Any suggestions why this should be?

I should point out I have a fast Internet connection & both the TV and blue-ray are connected to the Router via Ethernet cables also both firmwars are up to date

They are delivered using two different mechanisms due to the differing architectures of the devices. Blu-ray is my preference as its basically iPlayer Big Screen same as PS3 but with the addition of HD content..
