Does any one one know why the Sony Bravia KDL 32BX 300 TV I just purchased from Sainsbury's is not supported by My Sony Web Site. Does it matter, should I return it to the store.

BX models are very capable entry level models and have limited distribution, primarily through supermarkets, so they aren't widely reviewed by magazines and gadget website, but this is nothing to worry about to be honest. It is featured on the support pages below though and you of course have your standard warranty as with any product.

Thanks for your reply, I like the TV but wish it had a full paper handbook rather than the on screen version.
