SONY kdl-37ex524 Freeview tuning

Hi, I just recently tried to retune the TV. I chose the antenna digital option when retuning, but it is not getting any channels anymore. I used to be able to view Freeview but since trying to retune it has not found any channels.
Is there something I am missing?

Hi there

First thing to check is to ensure that your aerial cable is plugged in securely.
If that still fails, try replacing it with another one. You may have a spare around.
If that still fails, goto : http://www.ukfree.tv/transmitters.php - put your postcode in, and see if there are any reported faults.
You could also talk to your neighbour, and see if they have a fault.
All else fails, you may need to consider calling a TV aerial technician, to check your aerial.
