KDL-46HX750: Selected Program not available (DVB-C)

A channel name will be displayed with the following error message: «Selected Program not available»

I tried the following and it didn’t help:

Watching TV trough another DVB-C receiver via HDMI works perfectly
Most current firmware PKG2.120EUA-0002 is installed, thefore no manual update possible
EGP works fine
signal quality 100
signal strength 95
removed power connection an restarted TV
factory settings restored
digital channel search new initialized (channel are found an listed)
TV finds internet connection

My Sony TV worked perfectly for about 4 years now. Currently I’m despaired and I tried several times the channel search. At least I can watch TV trough the extern DVB-C receiver.

Does anyone have the same problem and has a tip how to solve this issue?

The TV has a built-in analog and DVB-C/T receiver.

Could you please post in English?

As I can understand you have a problem when trying to select General Satellite with "Selected Program not available" error.

This is one of many problems with satellite tuner and its settings that happens after reboot television.

The only "solution" is to select Digital(DVB-T) and then go back to General Satellite(DVB-S).

If you don't, you will never see or search sat channels as long you wait for that.

The strange thing is that this does not happen after a firmware update or a factory reset where you can search for sat channels at the beginning with no problem.
