Welcome to the Sony Community.

You haven't mentioned if you are able to watch you TV at all or if it stays off?

Can you try the following steps -

Unplug TV power cord from the wall, and disconnect all other devices connected to your TV except aerial cable, and then turn the TV on again.

If this does not help, can you make sure you have your TV is updated to the latest firmware.

If you have already did this a factory reset should hopefully resolve the issue.
