What services are available on Bravia Internet Video?

I have just acquired a Sony Bravia TV KDL-37EX503 and connected it to the internet via cable. The services shown are very limited and appear to have mainly German content. I cannot see any way to change these, remove any or add new ones. For example I would expect to be able to see all the 'catch-up' channles such BBC i-player etc and possibly add my NOWtv account.

Is this possible and if so how - the manual is virtually useless in this respect
