unable to get utube to connect

I have a sony model KD55x720E, software 4.503.1.102-05 (up to date) I am trying to connect to utube on the tv. Using the remote utube botton starts to cycle and message process was not completed and has timed out. <3128>. Check network setup which is and has been working for about 5 months. I had attached a Fire TV box and everything worked well until the box quit working. I tryed but cannot find the utube app or how to get it to work. Checked utube and now sony but have had no luck in having TV and utube to connect. Went to utube site to register and it asked for a code. I entered every number I could find by checking settings as well as my email address and Password, the different google passwords but cannot connect. Any suggestions would be appreciated, I am ready to pull out what llittle hair I have left. Garry

Hi Garrysevenone ,

I've just checked and couldn't locate this model on the Sony UK website. I guess this is a US model as it exists on the Sony.com website. If I were you I'd contact Sony US or post on their community.
