There are no browsers for the Internet

My TV model is KDL-40W660E. In all apps there are only three options: photo sharing plus, photo frame mode and FM radio. The Internet browser does not exist at all, and can not be seen. Color buttons are used on the control, but nothing is visible. The connection of the TV to the Internet is correct and the TV software was successfully updated. But the problem did not resolve. Please help.

Are you sure this is the correct model number of your TV? I was trying to look up the available applications for this TV, and could only locate this model number in Sony Middle East.

You are right . I am currently living in the Middle East (Dubai) and I'm sure of the name of my television model. The important point is that the specs listed for this Opera browser model exist, but there are no browsers in the menus and virtually no way to surf the web.

Hi mohsen24411,

You can try to connect the TV to a hotspot network to make sure it's not a network issue. Also, you can try to refresh the apps by following this sequence: HOME - Settings - System settings - Setup - Network - Refresh internet content).
