The problem is that since I installed the android 13 update, when I start screen recording in any game, the game lags a lot. The same problem happens even if this recording is 360P. Any solutions?

Have you tried to force restart your phone by pressing and holding on the power button and volume up key.
If it's still the same, try to enable the device on safe mode and check how it will go?
