Trouble with Sony online purchase delivery and return
I purchased a product with Sony Netherland. It was never delivered by DPD and I returned it back. Now DPD status says returned a delivered to original location . But Sony website shows delivered and registered to my name. I have to initiate return again. Have anyone experienced similar situation?
