55XD9305 TV issue

Hi I am having problems with the TV when exiting you tube or screen mirroring.  The picture and sound is lost and I have to switch off at the mains to resolve it. Anyone else experienced this and been able to resolve it?

Hi there

Are you using the TVs internal speakers or an external audio system?  If an external audio system is it via HDMI or optical?

Have you tried a factory reset of the TV?  See : HERE
