I had experience of great customer service this evening.
in 2006 I purchased a lot of Sonos equipment which has worked brilliantly until recently when one of the players decided to keep dropping off the network. A call to Sonos confirmed it was a faulty player they were very apologetic that the unit was out of warranty, but the would accept it back and offer me a new unit at a massively reduced price over the equivelent new model. An offer I'm more than happy with
