British broadcasting apps not found when searching Google play store on my xr65a95l

British broadcasting apps not found when searching Google play store on my Bravia xr65a95l despite Sonys article stating from 21st November 2023 that they will all work and being told by John Lewis that they would all work.

Any help would be very welcome.

Do you have this latest Firmware?:

"Introduces certain catch-up service apps in the UK"

@whitson81

Are you in the UK?

Do you realise all their apps will say ‘BBC’ rather than ‘British Broadcasting’?

Look in particular for ‘BBC iPlayer’.

You’d think Sony would have learned their lesson about this in 2021!

I really hate Sony’s bandaid solution for the catch-up apps. They are so janky.
