KD-55A1 "Programme list transfer" menu is not active

Hi, is there any solution to download the programme list to use SONY Channel Editor from A1 OLED to Pendrive?
I try, but this menu is not active.
I tried with an AG8 OLED, it works fine.

This issue is resolved:
I restarted digital auto tuning so I can export the Program list
