KD-55XD8005 - cannot change screen format

Hi - sorry for being thick, but I cannot work out how to change the screen format settings when watching movies on my KD-55XD8005 TV.  Anybody know how to do it?

Thanks, that works if watching via freeview but doesn't if watching via my Virgin Media V6 box.
