Hi all,
I have been trying to view photos on a KD65XE8596. They are saved as jpg files. I plug the USB stick (16GB fat32 format) into USB1 on the TV. Then start the photo app from the home screen but the only photos found are the six from the internal storage.
It did work once a few months ago but took a bit of turning the TV off and replugging the USB stick in, but the two times I have tried since it has never worked.
Today I have factory reset the TV and still cant get it to see any files I have put on the USB stick. Tried adding an MP4 file and viewing through the videos app, but nothing is shown expect the message on the screen "Files on your USB will be shown here".
anyone got any suggestions.
