I have a KDL65w855c TV - last night I think it attempted an update. When I turned the tv on this morning it was stuck in a loop going from checking for updates, shutting down- restarting on the Sony screen, Android screen and then going back to checking for updates. I’ve let this run all day. Internet connection is fine around the house and I’ve tried to restart the tv manually but nothing has worked- anyone come across this before or have any ideas how to fix it??
