Camcorder super8 maintenamce manual

I have a super 8 camcorder TR805E and the tape is stuck in and I have dozens of tapes to convert to DVD of our children and grandchildren the children

I can try and fix it or have the details of sSony approved workshops that can do it

Any Help will be appreciated
