FDR-AX33 balancing engine always makes noise :(

The FDR-AX33 camera always runs its engine, even if it is on a shelf. This noise is fading in the recording, so I'm not happy about it. I looked through the whole menu, but I could not find something to turn off. Can someone solve it? 😞

You could try resetting your FDR-AX33 back to its original factory settings to see if this resolves the noise issue.
