I have downloaded a few books to my computer however they are as word documents!
I don't seem to be able to get them onto my reader can anyone advise if they can be loaded or
how to do it?

What file extension are you word documents, .doc, .docx, etc.?
Do you have Microsoft Word installed on your computer.?
