Trying to register my New Product.
Followed the easy steps to print the Modelnumber, etc.
Does not work, no matter what!

Have you tried with the dash in the name?
Yes people usually make this mistake, for example if you're entering the model as wh100xm4b. Don't, and try WH-1000XM4 for instance, to check the correct model name search with it in the Sony website, and write it as it is.
