Hello all,
Posting my issue as a last resort as really struggling to get efficient telephone support from Sony UK.
After 6 months my CT60BT soundbar and woofer has started to drop the sound when a period of silence occurs. For example, there is silence then people will start speaking but no sound starts for around 1/2 seconds. This happens via optical on aerial broadcasts and movie files. I have tried the following so far:
- Done the 3 button reset on the remote to restore the factory settings.
- Moved the soundbar and woofer onto my samsung tv upstairs, the same happens.
- Tried the analogue/composite output, the sound is fine.
This is a common problem if you look on youtube or even these forums. I'm trying to source another optical cable as Sony won't send me one. I'm using the optical cable that came with the product.
Can anyone suggest anything else?

Hello,You might have different sound horses, change the audio end.
