You can add languages and change the layout of the keyboard if you go to Settings > Languages & Input > On-screen Keyboard. Choose SwiftKey Keyboard and then Languages. If your prefered language isn't listed under Your Languages you will find it under All Languages. Tap on it and it will download to your phone and appear under Your Languages. You will also notice that below your choosen language a text that says "Tap to change QWERTY layout" appears. You can now tap the text to change to AZERTY if you prefer.
