Everytime I try and connect to any PC, I get a message saying that the application has crashed. It will not allow me to connect to anything.
Also my device is not saving any photos from other applications such as Google and WhatsApp.
This phone is brand new and I'm not sure if it's part of thee update as I have heard quite a few problems or if the phone needs to be replaced
