My WiFi will be on full one minute and have a ? The next. It keeps doing this repeatedly and has done since I have had the phone a month ago. Have tried different access points, forgetting and saving again. This is the only device I've ever had a WiFi issue with. All over devices are all working fine. I really don't want to perform a factory reset as I don't think it will fix it (been like this since I had the phone new) and it takes so much time and effort to set up the phone to my preferences again. Can anybody help me please? Has anybody had this issue before? Is there a quick fix? Is it a faulty handset? TIA
