Netflix error (-200)

I have a brand new month old L1 and cannot watch Netflix on it. Installed the app from Google play and it comes up error 5.2 every time.

Please help.

Hi,  tried that, they gave me all the instructions on that link, none work. They then said contact Sony. 

I have also trawled the Web for answers, none work.
