NO SIM CARD

I have been using the Sony Xperia L1 for over 4 months. For the first time in that period i tried to change my sim card. And now it shows NO SIMS CARD. How can i fix it or be fixed.

Hi @Morningville, welcome to our forum and I'm sorry to hear about this.

Do I understand correctly that you have changed the SIM card to a new one? If that is correct, is it the same operator as you previously used or have you switched to another operator? First of all, make sure that the new SIM card has been activated by your operator, otherwise it will not work.

The problem is both sims work i just changed the one for the other to use the data on it. And now both don't work in the phone

That sounds very strange that you only changed which SIM should be the one used for mobile data and this occurred.

Have you tried removing the SIM cards from the device and remounted them again? You can also try with just one of the SIM cards in the device instead of both of them and see if there is any change (preferably the one you are going to use the mobile data connection with).
