I'm sorry to hear this.

Are you charging your device using a wall socket or a computer? I would recommend use a wall socket, if possible try with more then one wall charger and cable to make sure they are not causing this behavior.

I would also recommend that you restart your device to safe mode to see if this behavior is caused by one of your downloaded apps as these will be temporarily disabled in this mode.
