Hi @tombo0072002, welcome to our forum and I'm sorry to hear about your Xperia L.
Do I understand correctly that you still end up on this screen after remounting the battery or is the device not powering on at all now? If you end up on this screen, try removing the SIM and/or SD card and see if you are able to boot the device up as normal.
If you still experience the same behaviour, try performing a software repair using Xperia Companion. Do note that this will delete all data from the device and since it can't be booted/unlocked, you will not be able to make a backup.
Let me know if that helps!
yes when i remount the battery the phone does not turn on all . I get a red flashing light that flashes 3 times in a row then stops the phone has no sign of turning on . when i connect it via a usb cabel to my computer it connects for about 5 seconds then disconnects randomly and when i try to power it on while plugged in the red light does not flash at all .I have tried to repair the software via the companion app and it cannot find the phone meaning it cannot fix the software. so i am clueless about how to repair it.
thanks
Hi again!
I just got word on that the Xperia L has reached it's end of support and we no longer provide software for this device, that may explains why you weren't able to complete the software repair. I'm sorry that I did not have this information available when I wrote my previous reply.
Do note that when a product reaches end of support, authorized service centres no longer have spare parts for these products, but I would recommend that you get in touch with your Local support team and double check with them as local service routines varies between markets.
