Hi, I just bought the above phone. I have tried everything possible to get it to pair with my handsfree. I haven't had this issue before, EVER! Any ideas as to what I can try?? I really don't want to buy another handsfree in case the same thing happens. I have a Samsung handsfree.

So, my problem was that the bluetooth handsfree microphone connection didn't work properly after the Android 6.0 update. I.e., when calling with handsfree, I could hear the other end well, but the caller couldn't hear me (very distorted voice). And what I did: go to phone settings -> call settings -> turn off microphone noise suppression and speaker voice enhancement (perhaps only one of these is enough, I didn't try further as it works now ok). Try that and hopefully it works for you too.
Sorry, i was try it but not working....
Hi Just to let you know this has worked for me with a KIA Cee'd
Hi,
Unfortunately I have the same problem with my Xperia m4 (again generated I believe after a firmware/android upgrate) and so far have not found a solution. Bluetooth of car and phone connect, then when somebody calls me, I can hear them perfectly but they barely hear me and after a while they hear me not anymore.
Did you find a solution to your problem so far?
Thanks in advance
