Blurry image capture

Hey guys.

Here's a problem. I can't capture image clearly. After I checked the camera lens, there's a scratch on it. Any help?

You could contact your Local support to get it inspected. You can also try toothpaste and other remedies but at the end of the day you might have to get it repaired.

Is there a protective film on the lens that I just can remove it? My warranty period have already finished.
