Calling window problem while selecting the sim card

Greetings of the day
One issue I am facing since the day I bought my Xperia device I.e m4 aqua dual is that
Whenever I try to call, after selecting the contact or dialing the number at the time of simcard selective option, it always use to stuck out there, that pop-up screen fr simcard selection blinks and gone, then again I need to select the contact and as I go to select the simcard (from which I have to call) that pop-up window again blinks and goes off, sometimes I place a on 2-3 attempts, and sometimes 10-20 times too are not enough,
So it's my humble request to u guys, please look into this matter and get me a solution or a software update with the solution, because I love this phone and Xperia devices a lot, so that that this issue won't be able to force to that xtent where I throw this phone out of the window, which I never want.i am a student and I have invested my hard earned money on this phone, I think now you can get an idea of my attachment with this phone, so guys please help me to get out of this problem.
Looking for a positive revert asap.

one more thing i want to ask is that, i just checked that sony companion is showing an android 6 update for my device, while the settings option and the website (after asking IMEI no.) is saying my phone is up to date (current version of my phone is  " 26.1.B.3.109 " ), so can i update my device through sony campanion.??

or what do you recommend as i am seeing that many sony owners are facing some software glitches and problems after updating there phones to android 6(Marshmallow).?

What will you suggest.? Should i upgrade it to marshmallow or wait for an month or to.??

i am a bit worried because , when i was about to start the update in Xperia Companion it was stating that, i wont be able to go back to the older version after updation

i am in a dilemma , please help

Eh... If you are stuck at lollipop 5.0 you may want to go on and update. However it's true that there are reports where users are complaining about 6.0 for the M4 and M5 while some others are not...

... My gut feeling say go on but it's up to you.

man , if anything wrong happens to the device it won't void itz warranty , right.?

Updating your device through the official Sony Mobile software (Xperia Companion) will not void your warranty

I usually tend to wait a bit to update devices, to see others feedback but then at the end I end up updating them and all is good.

As CameronT stated: if you update your device using official methods the warranty will never be voided.

So go on and let us know how it goes.

while repairing my xperia m4 aqua , itz automatically gets me to the marshmallow,
and m quite happy with the newer version
as heating issues and battrey drain problem is almost solved,
bt now i am facing a new issue ,i.e speaker is not working now, with some apps media volume doesnt work, sometimes it doesnot rings on calls, and today even while playing a song i've faced the same issue, . every tim i have to restart the device to make it work, but i cant do this restarting thing all d time know,
please help me
