Camera button not working

On diagnostics it works but in the camera app it doesn't work, it won't take pictures and I can start the camera app with the camera button but it won't take pictures with it.

camera button not working, i get an error message saying camera not available.

i tried to reset, cleared the data and cache on camera app.

still not getting it to work....
