I send my M4 to guarantee. Sony Viet Nam said they not have mainboard(17 days after keep my phone) , they send me to seller for that, seller said that they not have responsibility with my phone. I try to contact with sony Viet Nam telephone support said that give that phone back to them and continue wait. I disagree with her, she can't anwers how long will i wait ? I try contact with higher person but i can't, she said talk to her then she 'll tell her manager but i known she will not...
At this time manyseller are seling that poduct but Sony Viet Nam said that they do not have main board. They just ignore me.
I bought that phone for my father now he must using his old phone, 200$ is not much in US but it a month salery in my country, i fell hopeless.

I'm sorry to hear about your experience, but perhaps your Local support doesn't have the spare parts and the only option will be to wait.
May i aske you sonymobile global polycy allow that ? How long is the max time customer wait for guarantee ? They can get a phone from suplyer and get the mainboard and give me, but they will not because my father not have the phone to use is not their work. I'm sorry but that what i'm thinking, get my money and let me wait .
One last question do you known who/where can give me real correct answer for this questions "How long is the max time customer wait for guarantee " Local support said not have the time but i think they not tell the truth. Thanks
